Pavilion Rental Request
Please complete the form below to request the use of the pavilion. We will contact you to confirm availability of the date you requested. Once Confirmed please submit payment online through Member Splash. All members are expected to review the Elmhurst Pavilion Rental Agreement, below. By submitting payment members agree to terms and conditions as outlined in the Elmhurst Pavilion Rental Agreement.

- All rentals are from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Rental fee: $150. Renters are responsible for cleaning the grounds, pavilion, and all areas occupied by their guests. All trash from the party must be disposed of in the dumpster located in the parking lot.
- Up to 20 non-member guests are allowed to attend without the use of guest passes.
